Emerging Issues for KentuckyThe Kentucky Long-Term Policy Research Center identifies emerging issues for Kentucky through its statewide scanning program. Concerned citizens across the Commonwealth submit articles and informationscansfrom newspapers, magazines, trade and academic journals, government publications, newsletters and other sources. These scans offer a glimpse of what the future may hold for the citizens, communities, and enterprises of Kentucky. Every quarter, the Kentucky Long-Term Policy Research Center Board of Directors identifies the scans from the previous three months which they feel are the most significant for Kentucky. Beginning in the Spring of 2005, the top two or three have been reported through our newest publication offering, Horizon. |
